Purpose of the collection of personal data
The data is required for the preparation and contract processing in connection with the rental of vacation apartments. This is in particular the preparation of an offer or a rental contract. The data to be collected is necessary for the service or the conclusion of the contract.
Data content
In addition to the data you enter via the form, your IP, date and time are transmitted. It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps or RSS feeds are integrated on our website. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the IP address of the user. This is because without the IP address they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. We endeavor to use only such content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes.
Use of data
The data you provide on our website is personal data and is processed and used by us to ensure the processing of the booking and the provision of the requested service. We also use your data to provide you with relevant information regarding the booking or during your stay. The personal data collected during the booking process will be forwarded to the following third parties: Fa. SE-Sylt, Dipl.-Ing. Duration of storage
